At Laura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a prepaid shipping label or QR code.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags into the original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
